I'm a Naturopathic Doctor and Bowen Therapist, working with people from all ages of life (newborn to senior, and everyone in between). 

Health is not merely the absence of disease, it is a return to the source of your well-being.  I am here to support you on your journey back to this place of optimal wellness.  As a naturopathic doctor, I will take the time to understand your health from a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual perspective.  I will work with you to find and resolve the root cause of your imbalances so that your health can be fully restored.

I am a  Saskatchewan born and raised Registered Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Evidence Based Birth Professional Member and Prenatal and Postpartum Educator with an innate passion for all things pregnancy, birth, babies and breastfeeding.

I hold the belief that prenatal and postpartum education goes beyond learning how to time contractions and recognize your newborn's hunger cues. It is also knowing you have a safe space that you can ask questions; it is feeling informed on all of your options, the risks and benefits of each and feeling empowered to choose what is right for you, your family and your baby; it is feeling supported while navigating the ups and downs in discovering what Motherhood is for you. It is because of this most classes and services come with my personal, ongoing phone and email support.
