Sarah Binsfeld, M.Ed, B.Ed, B.A.
Sarah provides individual therapy for adults. Working from a somatic foundation, she specializes in medical trauma, work with mom’s of medical children as well as PTSD, anxiety and depression. Sarah also offers faith-based therapeutic support.

Lyndsay Knorr, M.Ed
Lyndsay provides individual therapy for adults, and works with Somatic Experiencing, anxiety, trauma, depression, chronic medical conditions and complex medical diagnoses.

Caitlin provides individual therapy for children aged 14+ and adults. She provides support for eating disorders, body image issues, mood disorders, boundary setting, and unresolved trauma.

Rebecca is a seasoned Registered Psychologist who provides autism assessments for children, adults and youth, as well as psychoeducational assessments for learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities and ADHD.

Colin Bruins, MC
Colin provides trauma informed counselling as an EMDR therapist. He supports children, teens, adults and couples. He likes to create space for people on their journey towards healing through collaboration and strength based learning. He offers faith based support and often supports those struggling with grief and loss.

Janae uses age-appropriate therapeutic techniques such as play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), art and talk therapy to help children express their feelings, develop coping skills, and navigate difficult life situations. ​

Hayley Wilson, MACP, B.Ed
Hayley has recently completed her Masters of Counselling practicum hours with The Loft and is currently awaiting her CCC designation. Hayley provides support to women navigating diverse presenting problems, with a special interest in perinatal mental health, child loss and grief. Her approach is client-centered and grounded in compassion, collaboration, curiosity, empathy and respect.

Masters Level Practicum Therapist
Greg Ledingham, B.Ed
Greg brings an approach that is real, warm, and non-judgmental. He works with individuals, couples, and families, and welcomes clients from all backgrounds. His varied life experience and work with diverse cultures inform a practice that feels grounded and approachable. He is beginning training in Somatic Experiencing and draws from Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and CBT.

Kailyn Knipple, BA (Psych)
Kailyn is a practicum student at The Loft Therapy & Wellness, currently completing her Master’s in
Counselling Psychology. She brings a warm, grounded presence to her work and holds space
with gentleness, curiosity, and care.
