Emily provides counselling support and psychoeducational assessments to children and youth. She takes a person-centred, strengths-based, and neuro-affirming approach, creating a supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to grow.

Janae uses age-appropriate therapeutic techniques such as play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), art and talk therapy to help children express their feelings, develop coping skills, and navigate difficult life situations.

Colin Bruins, MC
Accepting new clients
Colin provides trauma informed counselling as an EMDR therapist. He supports children, teens, adults and couples. He likes to create space for people on their journey towards healing through collaboration and strength based learning. He offers faith based support and often supports those struggling with grief and loss.

Rebecca Wallis, M.Ed
Accepting assessment referrals
Rebecca is a seasoned Registered Psychologist who provides autism assessments for children, adults and youth, as well as psychoeducational assessments for learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities and ADHD. Rebecca is also available to provide counselling support for past and current assessment clients.

Sarah provides individual therapy for adults. Working from a somatic foundation, she specializes in medical trauma, work with mom’s of medical children as well as PTSD, anxiety and depression. Sarah also offers faith-based therapeutic support.

Greg Ledingham, B.Ed
Greg brings an approach that is real, warm, and non-judgmental. He works with individuals, couples, and families, and welcomes clients from all backgrounds. His varied life experience and work with diverse cultures inform a practice that feels grounded and approachable. He is beginning training in Somatic Experiencing and draws from Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and CBT.

Counselling Psychology. She brings a warm, grounded presence to her work and holds space
with gentleness, curiosity, and care.

Haley is dedicated to supporting her clients, with a particular interest in helping children and adolescents navigate experiences of anxiety, depression, and behavioural challenges. She takes on a client-centered approach grounded in compassion and understanding, fostering a space where individuals feel supported, heard, and empowered.
