I’m a Registered Psychologist (Provisional) with 16 years of experience working with teens, adults, couples, groups, and families. I firmly believe in the root definition of the word psychology --the study and discourse of the soul -- and offer a broad range of psychotherapies with an underlying emphasis on treating the entire human person: body, soul, and spirit.

I am a music therapist and am currently awaiting my M.Ed degree to be able to register as a Provisional Psychologist. I have a passion for supporting people through compassionate, relationship-centered care. My background in both psychology and music therapy shapes an approach that recognizes the many ways people experience, express, and make sense of their emotions.
Areas of practice: mood disorders, anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD and learning disabilities. Music can offer another avenue for expression, connection, reflection, and emotional processing, and may be incorporated into
therapy when it is meaningful and appropriate for the individual.

Janae Murphy, MC
'm a Canadian Certified Counsellor that works primarily with children, youth and families, providing counselling support. As a child therapist, I specialize in supporting children and adolescents through emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment to foster healing, exploration of thoughts and feelings, and personal growth for your child while working closely with you, the caregiver, to best support your child's overall well-being.
Areas of practice: anxiety, depression, trauma, family changes (like divorce or loss), behavioral problems, ADHD, peer difficulties and self-esteem issues.

In addition I provide therapy for children and families in order to work through challenging behaviors and issues.

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist and the owner of The Loft Therapy & Wellness. I provide support for adult individuals. I specialize in medical trauma, anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD and nervous system regulation. Trained in Somatic Experiencing, I approach therapy with a holistic framework and with flexibility to provide you the support you want.
