Current rates:
Counselling
$155 - $200
Our counselling fees range depending on the practitioner's educational background, experience and trainings. Counselling with a Bachelors level therapist begins at $155 per hour, whereas with a Masters level therapist it begins at $175 an hour. All of our therapists offer free 15 minute consultations as well as sliding scale options.
Counselling (practicum)
$75
Counselling with a practicum therapist (Masters level) is $75 per hour.
Assessments
$2200 - $3500
Assessment fees range based on the nature of the inquiry, time required from the Registered Psychologist and other factors. For a more accurate quote, please email or call the clinic.
Naturopathic Medicine
$225+
Naturopathic medicine ranges dependent on length of appointment. Initial sessions are $225 for a pediatric intake and $275 for an adult intake, with follow up appointments ranging from $50 - $225 (length of session dependent).

Cancelation:

Our clinic has a 48 cancelation policy. This is in place to respect our practitioners time as well as our clients. We reserve the right to charge a full fee for any missed or no-show appointments, as well as late cancels.
Cancelation
(assessments)
Our clinic has a 7 day cancelation policy for assessments. We reserve the right to retain the late cancelation fee from the down-payment for cancelations made with less than 7 days notice.
Payment
We accept debit, credit card (note: a transaction fee of 2.75% is applied to every credit card charge) and e-transfer. We do not accept cash or cheque unless previously discussed.
Insurance
Our clinic is able to direct bill (for pre-approved individuals): Victim Services, Workers Compensation Board (WCB), NIHB, Metis Nations, Jordan's Principle, Veterans Affairs and more. For personal insurance, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to ensure our services are covered through your plan.
